Site
Planning Analysis – Trillium
provides site walk feasibility investigations as well
as structural, geotechnical and soil borings, environmental
and feasibility analysis to determine the unique features
and/or liabilities of your site.
Surveying – If
existing site plans are not available, Trillium will
collect boundary information and research the zone
classification, locate any ground utilities and provide
recommendations on the best locations for your tower
and equipment.
Schedules –This
schedule will align with our engineering and construction
timeframes and we will keep you in the loop with
regular schedule updates.
Pricing – Based
on our years of experience, Trillium can quickly
and competitively determine a fair value for any
project. Our detailed cost estimating and close oversight
of your project will keep change orders to a minimum,
protecting your bottom line.

Build
to Suit
Land Acquisition – Trillium
is planning several sites around central Minnesota
for which we will facilitate the land acquisition process.
We can work directly with the land owners, investors,
and governing bodies to secure the purchase and proper
zoning authority.
Engineering – Adhering
to TIA/EIA standards, Trillium’s certified engineers
will conduct all surveying and engineering of the site
and make recommendations on location, tower style, and
structural considerations to ensure tower durability
and safety.
Permits - Trillium will identify and work with the applicable
municipal, county and state jurisdictions and provide
you with a schedule for obtaining their approvals.
Leasing – Our
build to suit properties will be available for ownership
as well as leasing opportunities. We can facilitate
the marketing and leasing process to develop desirable
and long-term tenant arrangements.
Management – Trillium’s
field supervisors have more than 10 years of experience
in project management to address contractor questions,
monitor corporate and federal safety standards and
document construction activity. In addition, we can
represent your interests in the permit and leasing
process.
Maintenance – Providing
site inspection, lighting repairs and systems testing
as well as conducting structural upgrades, Trillium
will ensure that your site is well maintained and attractive
for clients.

Construction
Site Development – With
the high demand for new towers, Trillium offers full site development that
includes soil borings, access, field stakeouts, baselines, fencing, and coordination
of permits and utility services. We make sure that utility recommendations
match our standards of construction. We can also assist with FAA filings and
site inspections.
Tower
Erection –When you are ready to build, Trillium’s
team is among the most experienced and qualified in
the region. With no less than two years of experience
per crewmember, our teams have worked through every
contingency and weather condition. We promote the highest
standards of safety and quality on guyed tower installations,
co-locations, self-support structures, and many types
of teleco buildings.
Structural
Upgrades – Trillium offers many levels of site
and structural improvements, from new fencing and road
improvements to foundational repair and guyed tower
protection. See our Product page for more information.
Disaster
Recovery – Count on Trillium to be there when you
need to restore service to your customers. High winds,
hail, fire or flood, we’ll work round the clock
to get you back in business.

Tower
Foundations
Self-Support
Structures – For
larger antenna loads, Trillium recommends self-support
towers with a large footprint. We can deliver these
towers to meet virtually any application requirement.
Guyed
Tower Structures – For the tallest structures, guyed
towers offer a high degree of flexibility. Trillium has
extensive experience with these anchored structures as
well as the application of protective coatings to increase
your tower’s
longevity.
Communication
Buildings – Trillium has constructed a variety
of ground structures to support the communication capabilities
of each tower. We offer engineering support to determine
the most appropriate location and style of these buildings
for current and future use.

This includes setting tower plumb, replacing damaged
hangers, repainting, and relighting on a one-time
or scheduled basis.

Inspections – Trillium offers post construction
site and tower inspections that align with TIA/EIA
standards. We will verify the structural integrity
of equipment, grounding, electrical and teleco installations,
cables and antennas. We will also review and report
any conditions that compromise safety or maintenance.

you require an accurate record of existing site conditions
at the time of construction, Trillium can provide site
mapping starting at ground level — including field
changes during construction — for the purpose of
future installations.
